    Bosnia has postponed itsfrst census since the 1992-95 war on Wednesday dueto disagreement among the regional governments overhow to conduct it. Originally scheduled or April, thecensus will now be conducted in October and will likelyshow post-war demographic changes. Te last census wasconducted in 1991 when its population was 4.4 million.
