Certification Application Fees Online Payment

You will be directed to the Certification section under the Online School Payments system.
Step by step guide to completing a “Renewal: State Certificate” certification transaction (Activity Name).
3. Select the payment (Activity Name) for your transaction.• Complete a renewal payment for a Five‐year Professional Certificate expiring by the
end of the current school year. • Complete a payment only if you have completed the corresponding application.
These steps are the same for any of the certification application fees reflected above.2
4. Make sure you are now under “Renewal: State Certificate” (activity No. DX305‐21)5. Select 1 under “Qty” 6. Click Add To Cart
Note: One $75.00 fee will renew all areas on your Five‐year Professional Certificate.

7. Review your “Shopping Cart”8. Click Checkout
Helpful Tip:• Remember if you are only renewing, the “Quantity” should be 1 and the “Sub Total” should be
$75.00

9. You must sign in to your existing profile or create a “New Users” profile.• If you are a current user, enter Username and Password and click Login under
“Current Users”• If you are not a current user, complete section “New Users” and click Create New
Helpful Tips:• Make sure you write down your “Password, Password Hint” and “Password Answer” for
future reference.• This is the payment system for all certification fees.

Step 1 of 4 ‐ Assign Student Profile to ActivityOnce you sign in to your profile or create a new profile, the system will ask you to complete four (4) steps in order to finalize the payment.

• If you cannot recall your employee #, enter your certificate license #. • If you do not have an employee #, please enter the last 4‐digit of your SSN. • Do not submit a renewal payment without a complete online renewal application.
The payment is not sufficient to process the renewal.

Helpful Tips:• You may retrieve your certificate license # from the online application system or from your
current certificate.
