Understanding The Contamination

1. If your oil has a carbon more than 2%.

2. If your radiators are not giving proper heat due

to deposition.

3. If your system is above 10-15 years old.

4. If there is heavy carbon formation due to

accident in the system.

The nature of varnish is that it is sticky and solid

contaminants get stuck in varnish deposits. As our

formula dissolves the varnish into the water and

those particles go back into the circulation and

solid contamination that might have built over

many years may be released in the water and we

can take out through the drains.

Formation of debris (Organic or inorganic, scales,

paraffin waxes, asphaltenes etc.) or corrosion

products (Iron oxides, Sulphide and Carbonates

Commonly referred to as black powder) in pipe

lines can adversely impact system outputs and

increase the energy required to maintain desired

rate of heat.

Above tests are essential ones and should be conducted every 4 months. We also undertake other tests relating to thermic fluids. For details contact :

1. Send your Sample in clean, Contamination & moisture free bottle.

2. Send at least 750 ml to 1000ml of thermic fluid

3. It is better to draw sample through needle valve' while pump is running.

4. Throw 200 ml of oil and then collect the oil for sample testing.

5. For proper recommendation fill all columns in testing form.
