Federal Budgetary Organization “Register of Certification on the Federal Railway Transport”

Federal Budgetary Organization “Register of Certification on the Federal Railway Transport” (FBO “RC FRT”) deals with certification of railway transport since 1997. FBO “RC FRT” acts under the jurisdiction of the Federal Agency of Railway Transport before the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

FBO “RC FRT” joins the organizations, recognized by the Council of Railway Transport of CIS countries accredited in statutory order for conformity assessment of railway products.

Customers ordering certification services from FBO “RC FRT” are both Russian companies and manufacturing companies located in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Japan, India, China, and USA, importing their goods to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Certification procedure of railway transport

From 1997 to 2012, FBO “RC FRT” had issued over 10 000 mandatory conformity assessment certificates and over 1 500 optional conformity assessment certificates
