For over 25 years Wellmann has stood for ground-breaking technologies and systems for numerous production proces-ses.
The success story began in 1991 in the dairy industry, which allowed Wellmann Engineering to establish itself to-day as an internationally active and recognised process ex-pert. Today, in addition to process engineering solutions for the dairy industry, Wellmann Engineering also develops solu-tions for the entire food industry, the beverage, confectione-ry, baking and meat industries as well as the pharmaceutical industry and brewery sector.

Wellmann Engineering solves highly complex engineering tasks through the successful cooperation between experts in process engineering and automation technologies. We support our customers and partners from one source from the first briefing through the CAD construction, selection and purchase of ma-terials, PLC programming, pre-assembly and assembly to com-missioning. The focus in all solutions is always on the specific features of the customer so that a customised solution is always developed. We develop process engineering concepts in accordance with the requirements for the pharmaceutical, beverage and food industries. For the beverage industry we develop concepts for the production of mineral water and lemonade and advise bre-weries. Within the food industry we also support milk processing com-panies, dairies, bakery companies, meat processing companies as well as producers and processors of chocolate. Besides these core business areas specialists are involved in the production of vegetable oil and renewable fuels.

The success in ensuring reliability of differing plant enginee-ring and process technologies is already determined in ad-vance from the start of the planning process. Experienced project managers avoid errors that could otherwise be made in the planning phase, thereby ensuring the availability of your processes. A permanent team is always assigned to your system in order to exploit project-specific knowledge. In the event of a fault our service team provides immediate on-site support and advice.
Quick access to your machinery is required to reduce ma-chine downtimes. Our on-line service concept with remote maintenance ensures that the fault is analysed quickly and thereby rectified.
The timely exchange and replacement of wear parts is a pre-requisite for preventing unintended production downtimes. Detailed analyses of the actual system status are necessary to draw up maintenance and repair plans to prevent production downtimes and eliminate weaknesses. Fault analyses, program changes or optimisation and even small start-ups are carried out directly on-line, without any travel time. This service ensures that costs are always under control and service times are as short as possible.

A team of employees experienced in engineering, automati-on and servicing is available at Wellmann Engineering from 7.30 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday.At the weekend, our customers with a service agreement have a designated contact person, who provide you with assistance in the event of machine downtimes.
