How to Join?

All CF Wellness members and customers who are currently registered in our online portal are eligible to earn points and may enroll to the "My Health & Wellness Rewards" Loyalty Program. Aside from that, all CF Wellness members can readily enjoy discounts and freebies with many partner establishments nationwide.

How to Join?

Upon purchase of any CF Wellness products, you may avail of the My Health & Wellness Rewards Card for only P150.00. It is specially designed reward card with magnetic stripe card at the back similar to ATM cards capable of storing basic user information and crediting of points. Checking of redeemable points may be done online.
