You should check the e-mail that you’ve mentioned earlier while filling the blanks You will receive the following message in you inbox from info@cfainstitute.org with subject “CFA Institute Account Registration Confirmation”: This e-mail is a confirmation of your request to create an account with CFA Institute. Follow the activation link below to complete the registration process (may require copying and pasting the link into your browser): http://wwW.cfainstitute.org/LoginApplication/CreateNewAccountEmailConfirmation.aspx?ID=5fc3dd31-c708-412d-9a88-e5c39311a3f0 This link is valid for 12 hours Regards, CFA Institute Customer Service Then you will receive one more message from inbox from info@cfainstitute.org with subject “CFA Institute Account Registration Confirmation”: Thank you for registering with CFA Institute. Your registration will now allow you to log in to the CFA Institute website. In case you should ever forget your password, there is no need to re-register, simply use the Forgotten User Name and Password form to receive your user name and a temporary password by e-mail. Please note that your information will be treated as confidential and will never be sold or traded to any other company, organization, or individual. 3. Further you should use the information above in order to process the enrollment

3.1. Go to page https://www.cfainstitute.org/LoginApplication/Login.aspx The following window appears Using your User Name and Password that was sent by CFA institute, please fill in the blanks.

3.2. In case you forgot your password, please go to page https://www.cfainstitute.org/LoginApplication/ForgottenPassword.aspx Choose one of the options below to reset your password and retrieve your user name

If you choose Option 1 you should: - Fill in the blanks and provide your account details

- Answer challenge questions

See the following after filling: Enter your new Password and click “Submit” button.

After this operation you will receive the message from inbox from info@cfainstitute.org with subject “CFA Institute Password Reset Confirmation”: This e-mail is a confirmation of your recent password change on the CFA Institute website. If you feel you have received this e-mail in error and/or you have not recently reset your log in account on our website, please call CFA Institute customer service at +1 (800) 247-8132 (for U.S. and Canada) or +1 (434) 951-5499. Please remember to use the information below the next time you log in. You will then be directed to change your password.

If you choose Option 2 you should: - Fill in the blanks and provide your account details, click “Submit” button

Then you will receive the message from inbox from info@cfainstitute.org with subject “CFA Institute Password Reset Confirmation”: This e-mail is being sent in response to your CFA Institute forgotten password request. Using your User Name and Password that was sent by CFA institute, please fill in the blanks.

The following window appears:

- Click to your User Name to the right of the window - And then click to “Manage Account”

Click to “Access your full account information”

Then you will see the following window. All of the listed segments and sub segments should be filled in each of them step by step.

5. After performing all the above steps, you should pay the enrollment and registration fee using

you Credit Card. 6. If you opt for EY support on payment service, please send us your login and password via cfa-

training@ru.ey.com and we will provide with payment and will send you the final confirmation.
