Common Good Solutions has partnered with Buy Social Canada to connect community and social enterprise product/service suppliers to purchas- ers in the Atlantic Region. ENTERPRISING NON-PROFITS NOVA SCOTIA Non-profit managers and staff need business training and assistance, and have difficulty funding this essen- tial capacity-buiding. Enterprising Non-Profits NS supports the development of social enterprises in the non-profit sector in Nova Scotia by granting training, coaching, mentoring and consulting services to eligible organizations. Products & Services FUTUREPRENEUR LOANS Young entrepreneurs (ages 19 to 39) sometimes have difficulty securing loans. As a Community Partner with Futurpreneur, CGS helps applicants through every step of the loan process, from learning about Futurpreneur, accessing business planning resources, applying for financing, and finding a suitable mentor. CONSULTING CGS provides consulting services for the development of community and social enterprise. These consulting services can include: feasibility studies, strategic planning, marketing research, business planning, opportunity identification, and organizational readiness assessments. TRAINING CGS specializes in solution-focused, experiential training program development and delivery. Our programs help take participants and their organizations from where they are to where they want to be.
