explaned by me to t unsecured creditors at the meeting and the queston

submted to the sad meetng was whether the unsecured credtors of the

above nmed Appcant Compy approved the Composite Scheme of

Amalgmaton wheren Dscoverture Soutons LLC (Trsror Company

No: 1) and Reationa Soutons Inc (Transror Company No 2) the wholly

wned subsdares of the Transree Company would merge with the

Appcnt Company/ Transree Company.

The unsecured credtors were unanmousy of the opinion that the proposed

Sceme of Amagamaton shoud be approved The details of the unsecured

credtors who attended the meetng and voted in vour of approval of the

Composte Scheme of Amagamaton are set out n Annexure B.
