6.2 Welcome Desk Berlin Tempelhof - Airport
Upon arrival, you will be asked to go and retrieve your badge and all the Challenge Bibendum’sdocuments at the welcome desk GAT office, at the Tempelhof entrance. Signage will facilitateyour access.
Attention:Two small public parking lots, P2 and P3, located near Tempelhof’s main entry, are available tovisitors and/or exhibitors coming to Tempelhof by car. The sponsors’ communication and/orexhibitor teams will receive Sponsor or Exhibitor badges, that will give them access to all ofChallenge Bibendum activities, except for the media center.

6.3 Passport and Visa
Passports / Identity Cards:
A valid passport or Identity Card, depending on your nationality, is required for your stay inGermany.
Visa:
We recommend that you contact the German Embassy or Consulate in your country to checkthe passport and visa requirements for your country of origin.

If a visa is needed you can asked for an official invitation letter, available upon request on

6.4 Driving License
Participants or visitors can only drive a vehicle if they have presented a valid driving license.Participants drivers’ licenses will be checked on the day of arrival. Every guest or journalist whowants to test drive any vehicle (for instance during the Ride and Drive sessions) will have topresent a valid driving license and have it checked by our staff.
The following driving licenses are accepted:(1) German driving license
(2) European Union member state and Swiss driving licenses
(3) International driving licenses
(4) Foreign driving licenses with a German translation
