Mission Statement of the Program

“All stakeholders involved in our program are on a

mission to develop the “whole” player. We will impact

a young person’s character, academics, and athletic

development in a team atmosphere. We believe that

all three components are essential to our Program.”

Page 5: “Champions For Life”

Mission Statement of the TEAM

“We, the coaches and players, will be great in every aspect of

our lives. We will give our best effort in the classroom, in

the community, in our preparation, practice habits, and game

performance. This takes self- sacrifice, unselfishness, and the

ability to eliminate unworthy distractions. We cannot control

our talent, but we can control our work ethic and attitude.

Be great teammates and focus on the daily tasks. Our results

will be a by- product of our attitudes.”

Vision of the Program : Short term/ Long Term

Short Term : Surround the program with character and motivated people willing

to create a program for the future by cultivating, organizing, and

implementing a plan for young people. A plan that gives opportunities in all

aspects of a young person’s life; to mold a successful student- ‐athlete who

will leave the Loganville Program a CHAMPION on and off the field.

Long- ‐Term: To be the next standard as a complete high school football

program. To have an active, positive, character driven atmosphere conducive to

building up young men in all facets of their lives. To have an ongoing organized

plan for each area of our student- ‐athlete’s football career built to their

changing environment. Our players will graduate as hardworking students, great

citizens, and CHAMPIONS FOR LIFE.

out of our players.

Page 9: “Champions For Life”

Coaching Expectations 3 C’s

Commitment: We will be loyal and trustworthy to the Head Coach, staff,

experience for our players. We will be prompt, willing to improve, and

have a passion to be a Red Devil!
