-- Just as it sounds no additional parcels.

-- a defined piece of real estate, usually resulting from the division of a large area of land. It canrange in size from a small lot to a gigantic ranch.-- An extended area of land.

-- An area of land measured in acres.

These are roughly defined by the size of the property(from smallest to largest)

• Property Surveys:– Selection process requires the use of

two surveys:• Line or investigative survey – review of

records and not a lot of field work• Topographical survey

• Feasibility study– Most important to the project if owner is

going to purchase land• Study of feasibilty on each parcel of land

– Most important to the project of owner owns the land outright
