runs from Pennsylvania to

Allegheny Mountains

A pass through the Appalachian

Mountains where Virginia, Kentucky,

and Tennessee meet

Cumberland Gap

Frontier explorer and hunter who helped

find a trail across the Appalachians through the Cumberland Gap

An elevated area of woodlands, hollows and

gorges in the far southwestern part of

Virginia
