OutlineThe game will take place on the planet Othari, a peaceful planet until the rift opens, letting in creatures froanother dimension. The creatures are hive minded, and are attracted to technology. They seem to have aninstinctive need to destroy the foreign objects. Learning this Otharian’s have erected Large technologicalstructures, code named terminals; which draw in all of the invaders. Otharian planetary defence force are twith protecting the terminals and exterminating the invading creatures.
This is where the game begins, the player or players will be able to choose which character they will play in stage, each stage is located at a different terminal. If a terminal is heavily damaged, a player can spend tresources to fix it, but once its health bar hits zero it is game over. The player will have to survive all the wa
protect the terminal in order to succeed. Each map will start off completely baron excluding walls/barriers
to force the player to think outside the box, when placing down barriers. In-between each wave there will be aopportunity for the player to buy barriers , turrets , upgrade turrets and fix the terminal. The player will beresources to spend in the shop and on the terminal, The amount of resources is based on how well the player
the last wave. After they have finish spending resources they will be given time to place turrets and barrierTurrets come affixed to there own barrier but are more expensive than barriers alone, making it a balancing
turret to barrier ratio.
The gameplay style will be First person but with a toggle-able third person mode, for characters that use mweapons. Each character will have their own personalised abilities and weapons, which will add an extra levstrategy. Every character can choose two personal weapons each level. On the last wave of each level there wiboss creature with the ability to ignore walls or destroy them. The boss monster will spawn at some point th
the wave and it's spawn time will be randomized. upon completing a level the player will unlock weapon an
skills for the character they are playing, based on how well they did.
