5 1. With the headphones OFF, long press the right headsets ” for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode, open the Bluetooth menu on phone and select the headset name "POP" to connect . While charging, long press the “volume up” button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes blue 3 times, the pairing information of the headset will be cleared (Reset). When a phone call comes, the headset sends out a beep, or ringtone. Short press the “ ” once to answer the call, or just answer normally from your phone. When there is an incoming call, long press “ ” for 1 second. During phone call, short click the “ ”once or use the key on the phone to hang up the call. A:Please make sure your headset is fully charged. Please make sure there are no objects between the headset and you bluetooth device; please make sure there is no radio or WIFI interference nearby.
