STEP 1- Foundation & Highlights Dab highlighter in the darker areas on face, Cargo (found at Ulta) does a great job of lightening without being heavy for under eyes, around nostrils, edges of mouth, and any darker areas on face. Alsosmooth out skin tone with foundation or powdered minerals (which Iprefer if I don’t have an airbrush make up artist) because it is light.
