History of Charlotte, North Carolina

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Charlotte is the largest city in the state of North Carolina and the seat of Mecklenburg County. In 2009, Charlotte's population was estimated to be 716,874, making it the 19th largest city in the United States. A resident of Charlotte is referred to as a Charlottean. adventure, pageantry and romance of the Renaissance era. You can mingle with royalty,

Loch Norman Highland Games

The Loch Norman Highland Games are held on the third FULL

weekend of each April near Charlotte. The Catawba Valley Scottish

common heritage. The purpose of the games is to reward the efforts

of those who pursue a standard of excellence in traditional Scottish

arts, music and athletics. The Loch Norman Highland Games want

to educate people about the culture, heritage and contributions of the
