What is a Charrette?
• A ‘charrette’ brings people together to discuss a place and how it could work.
• Charrettes are an intensive way of working, usually taking place over several days.
• During this time, a design studio is set up in the area, and everyone with an interest comes together to create a shared vision.

• Present draft stage 2 assessment at MAKI BD workshop September 2016 for input from members
• Prepare final recommendations for MAKI AC December 2016 (also report on Crinan Canal Charrette at this meeting)
