• Developed a suite of applications that would meet their growing business needs.
• Created a new build deploy process that orchestrates an environment in Amazon Web Services cloud to deploy applications and database on demand.
• Created an automation testing suite.• Set up testing grid with integration server to allow execution of
testing automation with every build to QA/Stage.• Application was developed to support the fulfilment of orders.
Allconnect is a leading multi-channel marketplace that simplifies the purchase of services for the connected home. To perform optimally and to meet growing demand, their technology platform had to extend across all of their core services and across multiple partners, channels, and devices.
Allconnect engaged Charter Global to develop and implement a Continuous Delivery/ Continuous Integration (CD/CI) toolset and a data exchange application to expand their platform capabilities. The toolset would enable the delivery team to plan, schedule, and control the progress of releases from test and live environments seamlessly.

Case Study − Applying Big Data to Increase Sales
• The Charter Global team was engaged to work with TDATA (Targeted Data) to target ads to individuals to increase sales, as well as to determine which products in their extensive product line they should focus on, and identify which content works.
• They reduced call centre cost by decreasing customer calls through outreach about their orders with instructions, contracts, and billing issues.
• Increased cross sell and up sell opportunities based on individual viewing habits for U-verse CATV packages and movies.
• Resulted in $100M additional sales and cost reductions for 2015 exceeding targets by 150%.
