Doubloon Yachts™ offer your Resort guests or outside guests something contrasting, where they can sit back, relax and enjoy sailing on a beautiful 40 ft. /12m sailing yacht, destined for exotic resort destinations locally or around the world.

Doubloon Yachts™ have the added value of being easily stored, shipped by road, rail or sea anywhere in the world for a very

small cost and effort.

One can enjoy the view in comfort aboard the Doubloon Yachts™ or get involved in the sailing experience at the helm, and work the winches under our trained captains’ and crew’s direction.

The Doubloon Yachts™ are designed to be single-handed sailed and have as standard a “silent” no -emissions electric drivetrain system with no knocking of the

diesel engine and fumes. The other added advantage to the silent electric drivetrain is the benefit on low wind days when one can silently motor-sail at a wonderful rate of knots enjoying the sailing experience without the noise disturbing those within or around the Yacht.

The patented stability system (DSS) is there to ensure a smooth ride for the guest without the

Doubloon Yacht Resort Charter ModelThe Doubloon Yachts™ Resort Charter business model is based on a low capital investment by the Resort Yacht owner, with a high yield return based on a frequent affordable rental per guest fee based upon a two hour crewed sailing charter per day at 4 sessions per day.

Based on a 10 million THB investment for the purchase of one Doubloon D12 Yacht, assuming a 50% per annum occupancy per the yachts capacity of 32 guests per day, per yacht. These assumptions will show an 80% plus net return on the Resort Yacht owner’s investment per annum less all management fees and outgoings.

How it works?

One D12 Doubloon Yacht has the charter capacity per each 2-hour charter to accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 to 3 crew per rental session, four sessions a day.

For example:THB 3,500 rental per guest at 8 guests per charter session at 2 hours per session, with 4 charter sessions a day equals maximum occupancy being 32 guests per Doubloon Sailing Yacht per day.

Proposed Sailing Charter Session Times – per day;

09.00 – 11.00: “Morning Session”; 8 guests at THB 3,500 = THB 28,000.

11.00 – 11.30: Guests disembark by RIB boat, Yacht to shore. Embark shore to Yacht.

11:30 – 13:30: “Lunch Session”; 8 guests at THB 3,500 = THB 28,000

13.30 – 14.00: Guests disembark by RIB boat, Yacht to shore. Embark shore to Yacht.

14.00 – 16.00: “Afternoon Session”; 8 guests at THB 3,500 = THB 28,000

16.00 – 16.30: Guests disembark by RIB boat, Yacht to shore. Embark shore to Yacht.

16.30 – 18.30: “Twilight Session”; 8 guests at THB 3,500 = THB 28,000

Total income at 100% occupancy per 4 sessions a day equals THB 112,000

Please note this assumption does not include Vat or Service charges.

The Doubloon D40 & D12 Yachts are a perfect sailing vessel as a Resort Charter business model. The yachts offer to the resort owner a luxury transportable Yacht at a small capital investment opportunity with a high return and low outgoings, manpower running costs and maintenance.

Income Projections and Assumptions

Based on the Sale of One Doubloon Yacht being 10 million THB.“Resort Owner or Operator”

Resort Owner or Operator, Gross return on Income being 55%.

Doubloon Yachts Management & Maintenance fee on Gross Income being 45%.

Doubloon Yachts Charter takes responsibility of all staffing and most outgoings. However major repairs, expenses, and insurances to be shared on the same split from gross revenue or payable by insurer if applicable.

Lets assume the occupancy to be at 50% per annum and assume a 335 days per year based on having 30 bad weather days.

• 100 % occupancy equals THB 112,000 per day or THB 37,520,000 at 335 days p.a.

• Or at 50% occupancy equals THB 56,000 per day or THB 18,760,000 per annum.

• THB 56,000 per day at 335 days, gross rental equals THB 18,760,000 per annum.

Gross income for one by D12 Doubloon Yacht equals THB 18,760,000 at 50% occupancy based on an 11-month year.

• Less 45% share of THB 18,760,000 for Doubloon Yachts Charter, maintenance and management fees equals THB 8,442,000.

• Net to Resort at 55% share of THB 18,760,000 equals THB 10,318,000.

The ROI on acquisition of a THB 10 million Doubloon Yacht, Year 1 of chartering commencement, approximately 100% at 50% occupancy.

Please Note; The 50% occupancy income assumption is split the same 55/45 percent regardless of more or less the 50% occupancy assumption.

Summation:At 50% occupancy a year under full management by Doubloon Yachts Charter (45%) based upon the income and investment model noted above the Resort owner (55%) receives 100% of their investment back in Year 1 of chartering commencement.

Please Note; if the Resort owner wishes to self manage and maintain there own Yacht or Yachts we Doubloon Yachts can offer a training and orientation programme for their own Resort staff to self manage. We recommend up to 4 to 6, 8 trained staff maximum for up to 2 yachts in a fleet.

One Doubloon Yacht equates to having 32 additional room keys at THB 3,500 per key, per day, Two Doubloon Yachts equates to having 64 additional room keys per day with a maximum staff requirement of up to 8 persons.

Laksasubha Resort, Hua Hin Private Investment Charter ModelBased on the purchase of One Doubloon Yacht by a “Private Investor or Syndicate”

At THB 10 million baht. The Doubloon Yacht purchased to act as the Investment Collateral Security.

Baan Laksasubha Resort has an absolute beachfront location in the center of the Hua Hin central business district of retail markets, restaurants and bars. The neighboring 5 star Resorts being The Hilton & Centara share the same central beachfront location. However Baan Laksasubha Resort has the superior sandy beachfront with no rocks directly out front of the Resort, perfect for swimming and sailing access.

Baan Laksasubha Resort is a premier location to operate a much needed luxury charter activity for all tourists in the Hua Hin, Prachuab Khirakhan area.

An investor or syndicate of investors can invest in one Doubloon Yacht at the Baan Laksasubha Resort based upon the similar income assumptions noted in the “Resort Owner or Operator” model within this document.

Here is an initial brief on the investment details• THB 10 million investment over 3 years or 36 months. Secured by the Yacht Value.

• THB 10 million is made payable to Lawyers trust account.

• Commencement of Yacht manufacture. Progress payments made by trust account.

• Manufacturing and delivery process to take approximately 6 months.

• No ROI for the initial 6 months to the investor/s or syndicate. 2.5 years of Charter.

• Commence Charter and split income 55/45 % as per the Resort Charter Model.

• Income based upon THB 3,500 per guest charter.

• Assuming a 50% per annum occupancy over a 335-day year (11 months).

• After 2.5 years of Charter the Yacht to be sold or buy back at 50% depreciation.

• Assuming the above the total ROI over 3 years will be THB 30 million.

• Investor/s or syndicates receive Gold Standard Owners privileges of Yacht use.

How it works?Doubloon Yacht Charter offers to the investor/s or Syndicate a 36-month (3 Year) contract business opportunity at the Baan Laksasubha Resort, Hua Hin location.

There are 4 equal shares valued at THB 2.5 million each for one Doubloon Yacht.

The investor/s or syndicate take into account the same split noted in the Resort Charter Model at 55% to the Investor/s or Syndicate and 45% to Doubloon Charter on all gross income. This does not include any service charges that may be payable.

You will find that the world’s most successful yacht brand manufacturers who have stood the test of time have also diversified into a charter model and international brokerage within the last 10 years. There are many different types of charter models that these yacht companies follow. Some are very expensive and out of the average person’s budget, based upon the return on investment required from the capital outlay and the running costs of the vessel to their owners.
