• If charter is converted back to non-charter then increased funding received would be returned to State.

• Funding increase of approximately $1,152 per student beginning in FY2014-2015.

• Entire funding increase would come from state aid.

May not receive growth funding for FY2013-2014 – ADE current interpretation of statue does not allow for growth funding during first year of conversion. Higley Unified School District has requested an Attorney Generals opinion on this issue.
