Total estimated cost: approx. $1800 - $2,000/person* Included: → 4 or 5-star accommodations → Ground transportation → Most meals → Cultural activities and tour-guides Not included: Airfare, other recreational fees and personal expenditures Projected airfare for the time of the tour is approx. $1,500-$2,000 (Air tickets must be purchased individually) *We will likely obtain some sponsorship to bring down this cost by $100-$300.

40 total student participants (including 5 organizers and 2 J-Term spots) The number of biddable spots is 33 Only full-time MBA students can attend (no significant others) Students with holds on their accounts cannot participate All company visits are mandatory

Logistics

TWO rounds of bidding

○ Round 1: Thursday, November 6 – Monday, November 10, 4pm

○ Round 2: Thursday, November 13, 10am – Monday, November 17, 4pm

During the first 24 hours of Round 2, you can drop a tour and get your bid points refunded to bid on another tour

Round 2 bids will be used to determine the waitlist if more people bid than spots available

Results will be posted on the bidding website on Wednesday, November 19

Successful bidders will receive an email to pay a non-refundable deposit within 48 hours in order to secure their spot

Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid points refunded and will be placed on a waitlist (based on bid amount in Round 2 - highest to lowest). If a student gets a spot on the tour, he will be charged this bid amount.
