When you log in to Family Access, you can browse a snapshot of upcoming events in your calendar on the right side of your screen. Clicking the Calendar tab on the left will bring up your full calendar. You can see useful information such as upcoming and missing assignments, grades, important academic dates, extracurriculars, and field trips. Click on an item to learn more.

To add notes and reminders to your calendar, click Calendar Options, located above the calendar, then Add a Note.
Use the dropdown menu to assign the note to a specific class.
If you want to set an email reminder about an event, select the event, then click Export to Personal Calendar.

To personalize your calendar, go back to Calendar Options (located above the calendar), and then click on Calendar Display. Here you will be able to select which types of events you want to see on your calendar and set up a color-coding system.
