Classes for the everyday cook who wants to take their skill and knowledge to the next level. We offer day and evening classes for every skill level. Our international cooking courses are designed for the student to explore the region of their choice. We offer culinary courses about the cuisine of France, Italy Spain, and Japan Courses start on the first of every month. Italy: e rustic and regional dishes of Italy. Learn how to make dishes such as creamy polenta and the perfect risotto. Learn the art of pasta making and delectable seafood dishes. Spain: e country famous for its tapas. Create a tapas menu, make a refreshing gazpacho, construct paellas, and discover the variety of cured hams and chorizo sausages. Japan: Discover umami, the fiſth sense. is course will focus on Japanese cooking methods. Make sushi like a sushi chef. Create your own savoury gyozas. Master the crispiest tempura.
