Chef Roc BioFor the 28 years Steve Cassarino was known around the world as one of The Clever Cleaver Brothers. Regis Philbin says, “The Clever Cleaver Brothers aren’t just clever. They’re funny and can cook, too.” Leeza Gibbons notes, “Anything these guys do promises to be fun.” And “Emmy Magazine” adds, “They’re what you might get if Martin and Lewis graduated from The Cordon Bleu.”

The Clever Cleaver Brothers were Lee N. Gerovitz and Steve Cassarino — professional chefs who have turned their love for food and laughter into a unique career as media personalities, cookbook authors, magazine columnists and, as one pundit called them, “stand-up chefs.”

Regulars on the TV guest circuit with appearances on “The Tonight Show starring Jay Leno,” “Live! with Regis,” “Fox & Friends,” “The Other Half,” “CNN Headline News,” “Entertainment Tonight”, ‘The View”, and many others.

In 2013 Chef Roc moved to Oahu and started producing his latest project The Chef Roc TV Show airing every Monday night at 7:pm on KFVE-TV5. Now in it’s 3rd season and airing On TUFF TV Network, the AMGTV Network, ROKU and Filmon.TV reaching over 100 million Viewers. The Chef Roc TV Show features local Chefs, farmers, bartending segments and local music featuring our Musical Director Hawaii’s own Johnny Valentine and guests. All shot in front of a live audience on locations around Hawaii. Our Executive Producer, Tracey Jeremiah a born and breed local of Oahu has been producing local shows for over 25 years.

Always on the cutting edge of programming, Celebrity Chef Roc launched his new show from the Island of Oahu. The Chef Roc TV

Show is the first dinner-theater style Cooking Show on TV.

The Chef Roc TV Show

Shot on location throughout Hawaii in front of a live audience.

Each show will feature 2 cooking segments. Chef Roc will prepare a dish featuring a local ingredients and it will be served to the audience members.

This 30-minute show will also feature a local chef that will prepare their favorite Hawaiian dish utilizing local ingredients.

There will also be 2 Bartending segments in each episode showcasing a National BRAND in the hottest cocktails being served on the islands. Each cocktail demonstrated will be sampled by the audience members.

A local live band will be featured throughout the show from Musical Director Johnny Valentine (Bruno Mars Uncle)
