Seng up of stands and structures is permied from midday on Friday July 7th. All sites should be clear no later than midday on Monday July 10th. Payment. All cancellaons must be made in wring and any refund given is at the discreon of the organisers. If the event is cancelled by the organisers a full refund will be made immediately. Subleng. Is not allowed. Descripon of goods. All goods sold must be as described on the trade stand applicaon form. Food and drink cannot be sold without prior wrien permission. Please contact us on 01751 200839 for further informaon. Aucons, pitching, raffles, pick stalls, tombolas, knives, fairground aracons, crossbows, firearms, weapons, BB guns and games of chance are not allowed. The distribuon of leaflets without prior agreement is strictly prohibited. Security. Although 24 hr security is provided on Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th July, the organisers or site owners are not responsible for the safe keeping of goods or damage to any arcle or property whilst on the showground. Insurance. All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst aending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmaon by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained. Fire safety. All exhibitors must be familiar with fire precauons and provide a minimum 9kg powder fire exnquisher. Electricity. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested. Personal injury. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips or falls however caused. Any other accident must be reported to the First Aid Point or Site Manager immediately. If the accident is not reported within one hour the organisers are indemnified against all claims. Health and safety. All exhibitors must provide the necessary health and safety documentaon with a meaningful risk assessment. By compleng the booking form it is understood this documentaon is in place. Please complete the reverse of this applicaon form, and post together with your cheque made payable to: Outdoor Shows Limited. Build up and breakdown. Setting up of stands and structures is permitted from midday on Friday July 7th.

All sites should be clear no later than midday on Monday July 10th.

Payment. All stands must be paid in full before the closing date for applications. Bookings are accepted in date order so

early bookings will receive priority for site allocation.

Established for over 30 years the Cheshire SteamFair is one of the main steam events in Cheshire.

The venue, at Daresbury near Warrington, hasexcellent road access from the M56 and M6motorways.

Performing in the main arena will be theAdrenaline Tour featuring Jason Smyth.

The display consists of motorcycle and quad streetstyle stunts. It also features quad freestyle jumpsover 70ft whilst catching items held 30ft in the air.

Also performing in the main arena will be thepopular Ridgeside Falconry and the Ridgeside

Lurchers Racing Team.

The event will also feature the Crazy Bears live onstage. These six bears will entertain the crowds atvarious times over the two days.

A full programme of top steam fair attractionsincluding: Wall of Death, Steam Engines, ClassicCars, Vintage Tractors, Classic Motorcycles,Fairground Organs, Miniature Steam Engines,Stationary Engines and Vintage Commercials.

The event will also include: Trade Stands,Autojumble, Craft and Fine Food Marquee, OldTime and Modern Funfair, Non-stop ArenaEntertainment, Catering & Licensed Bar.
