Chevrolet Track Your Order Overview• Live on Chevrolet.com September 15th at 12am.• Provides a 5 step status on where a customer’s order is at in the production process.

• Overview descriptions summarize what is taking place at each step.• A 360 degree exterior view of the ordered vehicle, matching color, trim, and most options /

accessories is shown at the top of the page for the customer to visualize their new Chevrolet.• Order detail is broken down into four categories (packages, powertrain, exterior, and interior)

pre VIN creation. Once a VIN is assigned to the vehicle a customer may also access the online Window Sticker which provides additional vehicle information.

• Dealer contact information and website links are provided for the selling dealership.• Links to ChevyMall, GM Accessories, and Experience Chevy (social) are prominently placed.

Customer Login Screen• To access an order status customers will need two pieces of information:

1. The order number for the vehicle purchased

2. The state that the vehicle was purchased in– This is required as a second level of security

• If the customer does not have these pieces of information, or if one of these does not match the order, they will receive an error message requesting that they double check the information entered / contact their selling dealer.

Defining the Order Status Steps• Working with order fulfillment, event codes were grouped into 5 main ‘groups’

depending on the type of function that was occurring and what was most relevant to the customer.

1. Order Placed2. Vehicle Being Produced3. Production Complete4. Shipped/En Route5. Vehicle is at Your Chevrolet Dealership.

• When an order moves into the first event code of a status group, the status within the tool will change and a date stamp of when this took place will be shown.

• Key event codes and the corresponding group number are listed below.

Future Initiatives and CommunicationsLaunching Q1 2011•Addition of social sharing capability for the vehicle image(s) and status of the vehicle ordered.•Links to the selling dealer’s (where the order was placed) Accessories page and Service and Maintenance page will be added within the Your Chevrolet Dealer area.•Clickable interior views with most options and accessories renderable will be included within the vehicle image section at the top of the page.

Communications Plan•Tool will be live on site starting at 12am on 9/15
