Strategy
Resupination: As the orchid flower bud develops, the la-bellum is usually uppermost: the flower stem twists 180 degrees to present the lip pointing down by the time the flower opens. This particular geometry permits pollinator insects to assume a more comfortable position to reach the center of the flower by landing on the labellum. This colourful petal olso has the func-tion of attractor for the insects: the labellum, in this genus, mim-ics the form, colour, texture and even similar molecular struc-ture of pheromones of female wasps of that specific species.

Function and Views
I follow these important steps to reach the result:- studying the project area and analyzing the data collected;- studying the strategy of cimbidium orchid;- creating a new geometry which follows the strategy;- using the noise diagram as a parameter to create the waves;- checking the result (interaction of the curves, echotones;- contact to the ground;- modifying the whole geometry losing the symmetry, connecting it to the noise diagram, smoothing the slope and adapting the geometry to the ac-tivities that will be carried out, checking a good interaction between the building and the ground;- checking the continuity of the geometry;- designing cycle and pedestrian paths and bridges;- hypothesizing structural solutions for the building;- designing panels and materials.
