I just downloaded the app for the first time and does not see the option in the device settings to for location services. Why? Q Q A: You need to be prompted by the Chick-fil-A App to allow it use location services. 1. On the home screen, select “Rewards.” 2. The app will then prompt to allow Chick-fil-A to access location services, they can now navigate it in your device settings. I saw the offer but then it disappeared. How can I find it? A: If you are still in the geo-fence, you can locate the offer by: 1. Closing out the app and opening it again. 2. Tapping Rewards at the bottom of their screen. 3. Then, tapping News at the top of the screen. The offer is in this section. 4. Once they claim it, the offer will move under My Rewards.
