SUSTAINABILITY
In regard to guaranteeing the sustainability of the project, we allow ourselves to mention that we have been following the steps related to the strategic planning of the project, from having a general and particular diagnosis, where we have jointly (MAHCC Guanajuato, A,C., health sector, Rotaries and Families) detected and prioritized the needs that urge the best care for children with cancer throughout the state of Guanajuato, Mexico.
We have come to MAHCC Gto. and to Secretary of Health of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, so that they are the ones to manage, operate and ensure the continuity of the use, operation and equipment maintenance, they are the experts in knowledge, abilities, and skills, and so they prove it, as well as the training that will be given to them for the acquisition of this equipment and the other equipment that they handle in their own workplace, also having the guarantees and insurance of the equipment and the annual maintenanceprograms that the health sector has in Guanajuato, which will be reflected in writing.
The resources will be obtained from Rotary Clubs and Districts in Mexico, from various parts of the world, from private initiative, and from municipal governments and the state government.
The project management process is from October 2020 to April 20121, and from that date until April 2022 will be the year of consolidation of the project, a period where the progress and evaluations will be reported (according to the indicators) thereof.
It is worth to mention that it will be supported along 12 months (from when the equipment will be operating) with the feeding of the children, teenagers and their families.
