oth actively arguing in the front yard of the residence. After separating them Ofc found that Ms. Imboden was mad because everyday she came hom

from work she found Mr. Nance intoxicated. She said that tonight she had enough and she wanted him out. Mr. Nance said that he was going to leave a

After confirming that there was no violence or threats of violence made, Ofc allowed Mr. Nance to leave with a friend of his. Arrangements were ma

CAD Dispatcher comments : 10/18/2013 12:35:14 PM - 39.5 S PAINT ST REAR APT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO

Ofc was dispatched to 39.5 S Paint St in reference to a breaking and entering complaint. Ofc contacted Dale E Green who stated he had been in t

hospital for the past three days and returned home today. Mr Green stated when he returned home he found that his apartment had been broken int

Ofc noted a window on the east side of Mr Green's residence that had been broken out, allowing the unknown subject to gain access to his apartmen

Once inside, the unknown subject broke his 26" Toshiba television screen, cut wires from a DVD player to the television, broke two mirrors and slash

the tires to his bicycle. Ofc photographed the damaged items. Ofc did not find any liftable latent prints. Mr Green stated he was unaware at this time

anything was missing and informed Ofc he would make contact with police next week if anything needed to be added to this report.

Ofc asked Mr Green if he had any idea who might have done this. Mr Green stated he believes this was done by Cheyenne Estabrooks, but admitte

he has no proof. Ofc instructed Mr Green to contact police if further information became available. Ofc will contact Ms Estabrooks at a later date to s

if she has any knowledge of this incident.

Ofc dispatched to 1002 Sherman Park on a Juvenile Investigation.

Ofc contacted Sara Goldsberry who stated her daughter (Aubrey Goldsberry) and her friend Megan Taylor looked as if they had been exposed

some kind of drug. Sara stated the girls told her they only smoked a marijuana cigarette. Sara stated both girls advised her a neighbor Terri McGow

rolled the marijuana cigarette and smoked it with them.

Ofc contacted Aubrey and Megan who stated Ms. McGowan rolled the marijuana cigarette while they were not in the room and was unsure

anything was added to the marijuana cigarette.

Ofc contacted Shannon Taylor, Megan''s mother who was advised of what had happened. Both juveniles were released to their mother''s care. Sa

and Shannon both stated they did not want their children transported and that they would keep a close eye on them. Ofc advised Sara and Shannon

ring Megan and Shannon into the LEC on 10/19/13 after 3:00pm to fill out statements. Sara and Shannon stated they would have the girls there.

Medic 3 arrived and checked out the juveniles, both juveniles checked alright at this time.

Ofc contacted Terri McGowen who was Mirandized. Ms. McGowen stated she understood. Ofc asked Ms. McGowen if she smoked a Marijua

cigarette with Megan and Aubrey. Ms. McGowen stated she would never do such a thing. Ms. McGowen stated she does not use drugs of any ki

and would not allow them in her house. Ms. McGowen further stated Megan and Aubrey came over to her house bragging about getting a Marijua

Cigarette from Megan''s brother Jacob Taylor.

Ofc re contacted Shannon who was advised that the Marijuana Cigarette may have come from her son Jacob. Shannon stated she would ask him

soon as he got home, and she would know if he was lying to her. Ofc advised Shannon to bring Jacob with her when she brought Megan to fill out h

Officer was dispatched to the First Church of the Nazarene located at 781 Madison Ave in reference to a Breaking and Entering. Upon arrival Offic

made contact with Tabitha Cobb who is a member of the church and her father is the Pastor Jason Everidge. Tabitha said she came to the church

music practice and found the Office door to the Pastor''s Office had been broken into. Officer found pry marks on the door, and some slats missing fro

the door vent. Officer cleared the church and found the west door had been left unlocked. Officer then photographed the office door. Pastor Jas

Everidge arrived and contacted this Officer. Jason said nothing is missing from his Office and all the doors are supposed to be checked before the l

person leaves for the day. Jason said the church is insured with Brotherhood Insurance.

Officer did not locate any witnesses to the incident. The west door that was used for entry into the church is at a alley and next to the alley isgarage. Nothing further at this time.

DVD players were also missing. She then entered the dining room and found that some of her husbands guns were missing from the gun cabinet.

Ofc then contacted Richard D Lanman who stated he was missing 7 guns from the house. 6 were missing from the gun cabinet, Remington 1100 se

N791133V, 410 Sears 101, Topper Jr 20ga ser#AN242844, Marlin 336 30-30, Remington 1300 ser#L3015991, Springfield 67 ser#C543456. He th

found that an unknown make and model .380 was missing from the night stand upstairs as well as a Uniden hand held scanner ser#15017406. Ofc cou

not find any latent prints that Ofc could lift. There was no evidence left at the scene and nothing else had been disturbed.

Mr and Mrs Lanman felt that someone they knew had entered their home and knew what they wanted to take. They did not have any suspects

this time and would advise Ofc if they could think of someone. The neighbor to the North next to the entered window was not home at the time and d

not see anything. Ofc could not locate any other witnesses. They are insured by Gustin insurance.

Ofc was dispatched to 188 Sycamore St in ref to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Ofc made contact with Danny Maxwell and Michael Pence. Maxw

stated Pence had been trying to start an argument since he returned home. He further advised that Pence was served with an eviction notice and he h

een very disrupted since receiving it. Maxwell advised that Pence broke the bedroom door, ripping it off it''s hinges. While Ofc was trying to

Maxwell''s information, Pence was yelling and cursing. Pence was warned numerous times to desist his behavior but he continued. Maxwell stated

didn''t know what to do because issues in the house are escalating.

Pence stated he wasn''t bothering anybody and they all needed to mind their own business. He denied damaging his bedroom door and stated Maxw

was the one who broke it. While Ofc was trying to get Pence''s side of things, he kept trying to argue with Maxwell, who was in another room. Pen

was warned once again and he stopped.

Ofc advised both parties to not have any unnecessary contact to avoid any further issues. Both stated they understood. Although before Ofc cou

even close the front door, Pence once again, started yelling and cursing at Maxwell. Pence was placed under arrest for Persisting Disorderly Condu

Provoking and transported to the Ross County Jail, where he will be held in-lieu of bond, awaiting a court date of 10-21-2013.
