The origin of Chinese tea

Referring to Chinese tea , it can be traced back to the ancient times , and it was flourished in the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty.

Green tea has historically been Asia's most famous tea and is popular in the West as well.

The spelling "oolong" is a phonetic transcriptio- n of the Chinese characters,approximating to the sound of spoken Chinese,or more specific-ally,Mandarin.The correct transcription is "wul- ong cha"in pinyin.It includes the most famous Wuyi Rock teas and different types of tieguan-yin.

Pu'er tea

Pu'er tea is grown in southern Yunnan province. The tea is famous for its health benefits, history and post-fermentation characteristics

White tea

Chinese tea culture has a long history,profound,not only contains the material and cultural level,also contains a deep spiritual level.The first tea monograph Cha Jing written by Tang dynasty writer Lu Yu was completed around 760 CE. This is more than four hundred years earlier than the first Japanese tea monograph on tea exists.For thousands of years China has not only accumulated a great deal about tea cultivation,production of material culture,but also accumulated rich spirit of the tea culture,which is unique to China's tea culture.
