The iron crutch was given to him by Xi Wang-mu after she healed an abscess on his leg. She also taught him how to became immortal. His other attribute is a pumpkin containing a magic potion.

The MessengerThe messenger of the sky-god, similarly to Gou Mang. Ru Shou is associated with the west, autumn and misfortune. The dragon is his attribute.

The CreatorN-guaThe Chinese creator goddess who created the first humans from yellow earth, after Heaven and Earth had separated. Since this process was too tedious and time-consuming she dipped a rope into mud and then swung it about her. Soon the earth around her was covered with lumps of mud. The handmade figurines became the wealthy and the noble; those that arose from the splashes of mud were the poor and the common.

The MiserAlso incorporated with The Midas, these two archetypes are practically the same. The archetype promotes entrepreneurial or creative ability. Midas was a king which shows that the Midas figure has the power to accumulate wealth for his entire kingdom. On the contrary, he kept it all for his own gain. Greed is his weakness. The shadow Midas/Miser makes his own wealth by holding onto his money and emotions at the expense of others, and wont share.Examples:- Midas who turned everything he touched into gold, tragically, his own daughter.
