    Meat is the flesh of an animal.

    Good must be juicy and tender.

    - Fryer must be 3 months. Roaster must be 5-6months; and capons must be 8-10 months old.A capon is a rooster that hasbeen castrated to improve the quality of itsflesh for food.

    Tips in Selecting Fruits and Vegetables

    Buy fruits and vegetables in season because theyare more juicy.

    Select fruits and vegetables with deep natural color. Avoid unripe or overripe fruits.

    Check the skin for decay, bruise, and insect bites.

    Buy fruits with fine grain and thin skin. Select young and tender vegetables.

    Fresh vegetables are crisp not wilted. Select big-sized and well-shaped fruits and

    vegetables.

    Avoid buying plenty of fruits and vegetables if youdo not have storage space.

    Are seeds or grains.

    When buying cereals be sure these are

    free from molds and bad odor. Selectthe bigger grains.

    products and other consumer items; and Demand consumer protection

    Check the quality of food supply at the

    local market. Scout for honest and sincere

    entrepreneurs.

    Check the health condition of the localmarkets.

    Dangerous Drug Board (DDB)Safeguards the role of prohibited anddangerous drugs, rehabilitation of drug dependents, drug abuseprotection and community information.

    Likewise , labels should not be easily removed,

    detached, or erased under ordinaryhandling. No return, No exchange shouldnot be printed on the label of the consumerproduct because it is unlawful.
