1. How long is the Choice Rewards program? Program dates: Noon, CT, August 1, 2020 – Noon, CT, August 1, 2021 2. How long will it take to receive my Choice Rewards selection and Norwex Shopping Sprees? Choice Rewards merchandise should arrive approximately 2 – 4 weeks after redemption of points. E-cards will be issued within 24 business hours after redemption. Norwex Shopping Sprees will be issued and appear on your Consultant Office Dashboard within 24 business hours. 3. When a new Consultant submits $400 in Personal Retail Sales in their first 15 days, what does the Team Builder receive? The Team Builder will receive a $50 Shopping Spree and 150 Choice Rewards Points. 4. How often are points updated on the Incentives Tracker? Points are added monthly after the close of each month. Points for Team Building will updated on approximately the 20th of each month. The Incentives Tracker will show how points were earned during the last 90 days. To review total points earned and/or redeemed, the Consultant must view the information in the Choice Rewards website. 5. How do Consultants review and redeem points to select rewards? Consultants can review their Choice Rewards points balance and redeem rewards through the Choice Rewards website by visiting: Consultant Office > My Business > Incentives Tracker. 6. How do Consultants earn Choice Rewards points? Each month, Choice Rewards points can be earned by: a. Personal Retail Sales – Earn 25 points for every $250 in Personal Retail Sales. b. Qualified Parties – Earn 25 points for each Qualified Party ($350 in Personal Retail Sales, 3 Buying Guests, 1 Booking) c. Personally Engaged – Earn 25 points for every month you are Engaged ($250 in Personal Retail Sales) d. Team Building – Team Builder earns 150 points for every Personal New Consultant you add to your team when the New Consultant achieves $400 in Personal Retail Sales in their first 15 days. 7. Is there a maximum number of Choice Rewards points that can be earned each month? A maximum of 750 Choice Rewards points per month can be earned on Personal Retail Sales. There is no maximum number of points per month for Qualified Parties and Team Building. 8. Do I earn Engaged Points when I am personally engaged or for my team members’ engagement? 9. Can Choice Rewards points be saved throughout the program? Yes, Choice Rewards points can be banked throughout the program or redeemed in minimum increments of 250 points.

10. Do I pay shipping for Choice Rewards merchandise? There is no shipping fee for Choice Rewards merchandise. The standard shipping rates will apply when you redeem a Norwex Shopping Spree.

11. Will I receive a T4A for Choice Rewards merchandise? If you redeem points for Choice Rewards merchandise, a T4A will be sent.

12. Do Choice Rewards points count toward the Annual Trip Incentive? The Choice Rewards program and Annual Incentive program are two separate programs with different point structures. As you are earning points in the Choice Rewards program, you will be performing activities that will also help you earn Trip Miles toward the incentive trip.

13. Can a wish list be created for rewards on the Norwex Choice Rewards site? Yes, you can create a wish list for rewards you are striving for by clicking the heart icon by the items you would like to mark as your favourites.

14. If I accidentally redeemed a Choice Rewards merchandise item by mistake, can I cancel the request? Yes; there is an 8-hour window to cancel the selection via email ([email protected]) once the reward is redeemed.

15. What happens to my points if I am no longer a Norwex Consultant? Norwex Consultants who resign or are terminated will forfeit all points; points cannot be transferred.

16. Where can I call with questions regarding the Choice Rewards program, points earned, or how to obtain my points balance? Contact Canadian Consultant Care: 1-877-766-7939.
