FRUITS
They contain lots of vitamins and minerals!
VEGETABLES
Like fruits, they provide numerous health benefits!
CHICKEN SOUP
Unlike fried chicken, chicken soup contains less oil. Plus, vegetables make it more
nutritious!
What are some UNHEALTHY foods?
CHIPS
Chips are high on salt and low on nutrients. They are oily, too!
CANDIES
Candies are high on sugar and low on nutrients. They can cause damage to
your teeth, too!

They are high on sugar and low on nutrients.
