    Difference between listening and

    hearingListening and Hearing are not the same Hearing is the process in which sound

    waves strikes the eardrum and causevibrations that are transmitted to the brain

    Listening occurs when the brainreconstructs these electrochemical

    impulses into a representation of theoriginal sound and then gives themmeaning
