Personally pray, repent, be revived & reformed (transformed) ...to be the loving light and salt and yeast at home and in the workplace... with Christ as the Origin and Center and Goal of all... while maintaining a strong, healthy personal devotional life, ...and a strong, loving, humble, holy, active, “on fire”, enthusiastic, bold, wise, evangelistic, dedicated, diligent, responsible, professional Christ-filled life...... to extend to institutions as well!!Network now, by (1) forming the Christian Health-workers’ Networking Group, at this conference, which can also function as a Christian Health-workers’ Ambassador Group to government and church bodies and relevant NGOs;(2) establishing the 10th HCF Action Team Ministry: the “Linking with Churches and Students”-ministry... and activate it this coming week at our local HCFs;(3) Each organization represented here to network with their members according to their God-given priorities, flowing from this conference...(4) Each participant to actively seek to establish viable links and networks with individuals and groups and churches – to help fulfill our God-given goal... Focus on the Christian Education of Health Professionals by seeking to(1) occupy as many as possible educator positions;(2) start to arrange a National Christian Health-professions Educators’ Conference, in conjunction with Dr Chris Steyn and other local Christian Educators in the Health Field

Re-focus on Training, Development & Discipleship of all our members by(1) Actively reaching out and presenting seminars to especially the NEW nursing students (and medical students)...(2) Revitalize the regular presentation of relevant, inspiring, life-changing seminars and workshops for different healthcare-workers... (Pro 29:18 - “where there is no vision the people perish”)(3) Resuscitating (where necessary) the optimal functioning and GROWTH of local HCFs and Action Teams and branches of CMF, etc.... Get involved in health politics and management by seeking to(1) Attend Union meetings & to speak boldly for what is right and God-glorifying(2) Pray for leaders, management & politicians(3) Reach out and build bridges to hospital management - NB(4) Launch the Christian Health-workers’ Networking Group(5) Identify, support, feedback, lobby with Christians in management & policy-making(6) Be involved at government level and management level (private hospitals)(7) Be involved in planning and formulation of godly policies(8) Be ruled by God’s Spirit of Wisdom and Strength, and NOT by the spirit of fear...(9) Be bold for Jesus – humbly and to His glory!
