SENSOFIL +Wash materialmade from foamedpolyethylene
Memory controlDuring the wash the vehicle’s contours areadditionally memory saved by the roof cylinder.The saved memory data is then re-used to controlthe roof blower for a precise contour-followingdrying.
Exclusive wash materialIn comparison to the standard polyethylene brush material, SENSOFIL+ is an especially gentle wash material. Maximum material strength and cleaning performance, lowestmaterial abrasion and an increased gloss degree meet the expectations of Christ’s renowned high-quality material.

Hydraulic system
Adjustment panelModern water and air technology are located behindthis device. A controller and a manometer for the air-pressure, pneumatic oiler and water pressure monitor prevent washing without water. The unit switches to emergency switch-off should the water leveldrop too low.
Dosing deviceElectrically controlled metering pumps ensure that thechemical concentrates in each container are dosedprecisely. In addition to the standard lifting setting,Christ’s dosing pumps additionally feature a frequencycontrol for fine setting. Settings can be performedfrom the control console.
Wash agent containersThe unit can be equipped with upto 4 containers according to theprogram constellations.The plastic containers are scaledand thereby simplify consumptionmonitoring.
User-friendlyComfortable access from the rear side where thewater maintenance and control cabinet are housed.High-grade door elements guard splashing waterfrom reaching the inside components.

Unit controlThe clearly laid out switchboard is located behind an additional, transparent access doors. Compact, industrial SPC-control with a modern bus system forms the heart of the wash unit computer. The multisidedfunctions are precisely controlled and guarantee that the sequence of operations is carried out safely.

Diagnosis systemThe electronics monitor the most important
components of the wash unit. Error notices andbreakdowns are indicated in clear text on the display.
Fast self-help is enabled by the acknowledgement system.
Brush controlUsing the current consumption, power and control
modules measure the wash cylinder’s applied pressure.Moderate application of the cylinders service for a
gentle vehicle washes.
Variable and smoothFrequency converters control the electromotor’straction and lifting drives. Variable and smooth
movement sequences optimize the operating cycles.

Side high-pressure 85 barVehicle sides are cleaned, soaked and freed ofcoarse dirt particles before the main wash with
three high-pressure jets on each side of theunit, laying the foundation for a gentle wash.
Wax deviceWax is applied to the vehicle’s surface in an extraoperating cycle to achieve a high gloss effect. Largesurface water sheeting for catalyzing the drying process and permanent paint surface protection. Thiscare program helps to preserve the vehicle’s valueand increases the amount of programs that can beoffered.

Programm selection device C-CATA wash ticket can be generated for the customer at the cash point using the C-CAT device.The six digit code is used to start the program on the wash unit.Further functions are possible in connection with a data line connecting the service device to the wash unit.
