The sanctity of life

‘This is the belief that all life is sacred and belongs to God’.

All Christians believe…

• God is the giver of life• God’s creation should be protected• All life has a purpose• God decides when life begins or ends

• All Christians believe that life is a gift from God, that humans are• special and created in Gods image.

Statement sortOn the double sided sheet there are 15 different statements. Based on what we have done this lesson, decide which statements go in the Catholic column and write in the numbers in pencil. Put the remaining numbers in the other column – the “Other Christians” one.
