• Blend of theory and practice

•Modules on all aspects of therapeutic apheresis

•Learning exercises and quizzes

•Taught sessions

•Practice diaries

•Assessments of practice

•Induction pack is version controlled

•Reviewed annually

•All nurses have access to library resources and have study time allocated

Practical training on units with supervision and support from experienced apheresis nurse colleagues
