Christmas EveAfternoon tea (with home-mademince pies, of course) on a sofaby the fire.

A relaxed freshen up then a glassof bubbly whilst being serenadedby local carol singers (no one willmind if you join in).

Your scrumptious three-coursedinner will be served in the intimateAngel Eaterie from 7-9.30pm.

Wrap up and walk off yourpudding on the way to MidnightMass. We’ll prepare a mulledwine and mince pie nightcap foryour return. Sweet dreams.

Christmas DayWake up to a traditional Suffolkbreakfast in the Eaterie or inthe comfort of your room.

Stroll through the Abbey Gardens(feed the ducks, perhaps?) towork up an appetite for lunch.

From 12.15pm, we’ll serve aglass of Champagne and canapés.

Then it’s time for Christmas lunchserved at 1pm - a five-course feastcreated by our award winning chef.

Christmas cake will be availableall afternoon in the lounge. Aninformal buffet supper is servedfrom 7-9pm. Merry Christmas!

Boxing DayAnother traditional Suffolkbreakfast in the Eaterie, or yourroom. Rest and relax before alight two-course lunch at 12pmin the Eaterie.

Then it’s time for a pantomime!(Oh yes it is!) at Bury St EdmundsTheatre Royal - one of the oldestworking theatres in the country.Relax with tea and cakes in thelounge when you return.

Dinner is served in the Eateriefrom 7-9.30pm.

Fond farewells take place afterbreakfast next morning.
