Generational Sunday School December 31, 2017 at 9:00 A.M.

Generational Sunday School on December 31st is about all ages coming together to study God’s Word on this one Sunday and not be separated like we are in our current Sunday School

structure. Our purpose in gathering together is to glean truths from God’s Word, with different generations represented, sharing, learning, and growing in our understanding of Christ and who

we are in Christ. We also have the opportunity to meet new people and get to know some better. Preschool age will go to their regular preschool class. We desire families, beginning in Preschool age will go to their regular preschool class. We desire families, beginning in Preschool age will go to their regular preschool class. School, in this setting, will allow us to see the body of Christ together in Sunday School as well as worship.

We will have multiple classrooms with teachers from which to choose. These will be posted that Sunday as you enter. Our desire is not for our current Sunday School classes to gather together in their classroom, but on this Sunday, we want every generation to plug into a classroom so

that all ages can be represented in each of our classes.

We’ve never done this before! Let’s all step out of our comfort zone and let’s move toward Christ and be a beautiful portrait of the body of Christ, studying and learning together in this exciting Generational Sunday School. Our lesson will be about the prodigal son in Luke 15.
