GWD are continually looking for ways to provide returns as early as possible, compared with standard forestry investments. With this opportunity, returns are provided in years 3 & 4 from “tabletop“ Christmas trees, with fully matured trees being harvested from years 6-9. As you are the legal owner of your trees, you are in complete control of how many trees you harvest from year 6 onwards, giving you the opportunity to maximize returns by harvesting more trees in later years, when they are larger and worth a higher value.
