Change of Time for Monday Mass
Please be advised that effective tomorrow, Holy Mass in English
shall commence on Mondays at 9:15 a.m. in the Rectory chapel. Rest
assured that we shall continue the No-vena of the Miraculous Medal
and the veneration of our first class relic of Saint Catherine
Laboure after Mass.
PRO-LIFE TODAY
The March for Life in Washington is less than two months away
and much preparation awaits us! That and other pro-life matters
will be discussed at the next meeting of the Pro-Life Committee
meeting TODAY at 1 p.m. in the Rectory. Call Maria or Mike Lewis at
920-2705 for more information.

LIFE!!!
We are sending a bus on Friday, January 22, 2016. Reserve your
seats NOW for our pilgrimage at $50 per adult, $25 per child (12-17
yrs.) accompanied by his parent or with signed parental permission,
and for our altar servers, a special price of FIVE DOLLARS each!.
Call the Rectory at 963-0730 for more information. Any parishioner
wishing to join our pil-grimage but impeded from doing so for
economic reasons should talk to Fr. Rojas. Indeed, donations are
most wel-come to help us fully pay for this pilgrimage or to help
persons who would like to join our pilgrimage but cannot afford
it.

Sol. of the Immaculate Conception, Dec. 8!
As America’s Patronal Feast Day, this solemnity is always a holy
day of obligation (except when transferred to a Monday by the U.S.
Conference of Catholic Bishops). How-ever, as Catholics and as
Americans, we should have spe-cial regard for this day out of the
sublime mystery of the Im-maculate Conception and its importance to
Mary’s role in our salvation by Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Along with celebrating the mystery of Mary being con-ceived
without original sin, we ask our national patroness to pray with us
and for us. To this end, on Tuesday, Holy Mass shall be offered
BILINGUALLY at 12:05 p.m. and at 7 p.m. in the church. Due to
special programming in the church after the 7 p.m. Mass, Bible
Study is delayed until Dec. 15.

A Special Invitation to our English-Speaking Parishioners
As our Hispanic parishioners, especially our Mexican community
(led by the Unión Guadalupana, our Mexican sodal-ity), prepare for
the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the patron-ess of Mexico and
the pro-life movement in the United States, Fr. Rojas joins most
heartily in the invitation of our Mexican so-dality to ALL
English-speaking parishioners to take part in the Guadalupan Novena
(Dec. 3-11) and the events on December 12 itself (Mañanitas at 4
a.m., Mass at 5 p.m. with party to follow)
To that end, the Rosary prayed each night during the Novena will
have two decades in English (with the exception of December 5 and
8, when there will be three in English). The No-vena schedule will
take place in the church as follows:

Tues. Dec. 8, after the 7 p.m. Mass in honor of the Immaculate

As with the Sisters of Charity at our parish for many years, our
Church has been blessed with the witness and service of so many
nuns and friars, sisters and brothers. Let’s be gener-ous with the
second collection next Sunday to help them with a decent
retirement. Just as importantly, let us encourage our children and
youths to discern God’s call for them and, if they are called to
the religious life, to answer bravely and generously!

mexicanísima (y Dios quiera, asegurar su futuro en nuestra
parroquia).
Se celebrará la primera noche de las Posadas Parroquiales en el
templo el miercoles, 16 de diciembre a las 19h. Luego de celebrar
varias noches en hogares de nuestra parroquia, concluiremos las
Posadas Parroquia-les luego de la Misa de Vigilia de Nochebuena
(19h) del jueves, 24 de diciembre, o sea a las 21h (aprox.) en el
templo. Cantaremos, rezaremos y arrullaremos al Niño Dios. Se
repartirá después las COLACIONES para los chi-cos en el comedor
