AJAI SHANKAR MEMORIAL AWARDS GIVEN DURING CONCLUDING CEREMONY OF 49TH EDITION OF IHGF-DELHI FAIR VIRTUAL

New Delhi - 19th July, 2020 - EPCH distributes Ajai Shankar memorial awards during every edition of the IHGF-Delhi fair. The Ajai Shankar Memorial Awards were instituted in the memory of late Shri Ajai Shankar, former Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) who was one of the major motivators for establishing Handicrafts and Gift fair informed Shri Ravi K. Passi, Chairman – EPCH. Even the 49th edition of IHGF-Delhi fair held on virtual platform, the Ajai Shankar Memorial awards were given virtually during closing ceremony of the fair to the participants for best virtual booth said Shri Neeraj Khanna, President of the fair. Ajai Shankar memorial awards in three categories such as Gold, Silver and Bronze were given in 8 product categories. such as Decorative and Gifts; Houseware & Table; Glass artware; Furniture; Home Furnishing & Made up; Carpet, Rugs & Floorings; Lamp & Lighting accessories and Fashion Jewellery & Accessories.
