    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at DENR-NCR Department of Environment and Natural Re-

sourcesNational Capital Region is the authorize Company by the government to give

the permission to those business man /Woman who has in the business word like trees to

process to make a papers or woods for doing to contract house. But there are some re-

quirements to comply to give some permission.

The strength and challenges of this company is that they I think this company has adifferent offices to avoid some long line who has given step to approved their permission

to their mailing to cutting trees. The challenges I encountered in this company when the

day of many client at the time. The employees in the company and also the OJT student

can handle when it comes to compliant the customer or client.

I think the best practice of this company is I think this company has a different offic-

es to avoid some long line who has given step to approved their permission to their mail-

ing to cutting trees. The challenges I encountered in this company when the day of many

    client at the time.

My over-all observation in Department Environment and Natural Resources- Nation-

al Capital Region (DENR-NCR) is very responsible to their task, very approachable when it

comes to those OJT Student and also friendly Employees.
