• Confirmation of registration and a VAT receipt will be emailed to each delegate.• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a 10%
administration charge, but no refunds can be made for cancellations notified within 14 days of the event. Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. Transfers will not be accepted.
• CIOB reserves the right to change the venue or speakers without prior notice.• CIOB reserves the right to cancel the Conference if required. All delegates will
