Two days and five days Human Recourse Development programme in IPM by imparting training to master trainers, extension workers and farmers. To act as catalyst and nodal center for promoting and introducing latest advancement of IPM technology. B. Achivements During 2015-16 rapid roving survey were conducted on different crops and scanned an area of 29,840 ha against the assigned target of 33,000 ha during Kharif & Rabi season. Total of 4334 cc of Corcyra cephalonica eggs were produced and 8,53,500 moths were mass bred in the laboratory.To contain the manager of lepidopteron pests, a sum of 77.077 million egg parasitoids of Trichogramma spp were produced and 63.50 Million were released on different crops in the state. By putting concerted efforts 24,246 ha area was conserved under different crops against the target of 35,000 ha by suggesting farmers for adopt the IPM technique, conserved natural enemies and used need based or spot application of chemical pesticide. An area of 2,430 ha was covered by augmentation by releasing of laboratory reared bio-control agents in field on different crops. 20 Farmer’s Field Schools (FFSs) on Kharif and Rabi crops were organized (06 on cotton, 04 on rice, 02 on sugarcane, 02 on vegetable (Cauliflower ) and 06 on Wheat were organized during the year 2015-16. During these schools 600 farmers were trained.
