A. Firstly, Cisco Registered & Select Partner principals must register and assume ‘Company Administrator’ role and accept the Terms and Conditions to allow its employees to join the program.
Step 1. Register (Cisco.com login required)
How to Participate in Cisco RewardsCisco Rewards is open to Account Managers (AM) and Sales Engineers (SE) employed full-time by Cisco Select or Registered Partners
B Subsequently AM’s and SE’s will need to register online
AM’s and SE’s need to sell eligible Cisco products to earn points
Step 2. Earn
All you need is your Distributor Invoice Number & Customer Name to submit a claim
Step 3. Claim
Points are redeemable for vacation packages (e-voucher) on travelocity website
Step 4. Redeem

Submit within 45 days of Distributor Invoice date
Claims Processing may take up to 8 days
If no match within 30 days, claims expire & you have 14 days to appeal
Company Administrators will allocate any Claim Disputes amongst members with the same sales role
Only 1 AM and 1 SE can claim a single invoice
Claims for invoices prior to registration date is ineligible
